Tandoori Chicken

At Ghazal Fine-Dine Restaurant in Tamarack, our Tandoori Chicken is marinated overnight in yoghurt, ginger, garlic and a blend of North Indian spices, then charred over an open flame in our traditional clay tandoor until smoky and succulent. Drawing on the Walker Lake Meat Shop heritage, we prepare it with fresh, never frozen chicken for a flavour our guests keep coming back for.
