A Venture by Walker Lake Meat Shop

Ghazal Fine-Dine Restaurant opened on March 25, 2026 in the Tamarack neighbourhood of The Meadows — Edmonton's most diverse and fastest-growing southeast community. Launched by Walker Lake Meat Shop, Ghazal is the brand's evolution from trusted South Asian meat retailer into full-service luxury dining — bringing the same commitment to fresh, never frozen meat to every dish we serve.
